About Me

Frances is a Puerto Rican actress and stage manager based in New York City. She started her theater training at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She then moved to NYC and attended Circle in the Square Theatre School completing the Professional Musical Theatre Workshop in 2016. 

In 2019 she originated the role of Cleo in Time and Chance by Tony winner Mark Meddoff (Children of a Lesser God). Other recent roles are Anita in West Side Story, Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing, Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors and Learn Your Lessons Well in Godspell. She has also worked on many pieces in independent theater in addition to several short films and is currently a supporting character in Timestorm, an audio fiction series produced by Cocotazo Media. 

She has staged managed many productions including Julius Caesar, The Killer and most recently Off Broadway Made In Puerto Rico at PRTT. She was a part of Desde Allá Theater Company who won Best Production for the piece Mr. Mr. & Dr. Dr. at Fuerza Fest 2018 in New York City.
