Frances is a Puerto Rican actress and stage manager based in New York City. She started her theater training at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. She then moved to NYC and attended Circle in the Square Theatre School completing the Professional Musical Theatre Workshop in 2016. She currently works as the Company Manager for Atlantic Theater Company.
In 2019 she originated the role of Cleo in Time and Chance by Tony Award winner Mark Meddoff (Children of a Lesser God). Other roles include Anita in West Side Story, Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing, Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors and Learn Your Lessons Well in Godspell. She has also worked on many pieces in independent theater in addition to several short films and is a supporting character in Timestorm, an audio fiction series produced by Cocotazo Media.
